Step 1 -- Have the following information ready: Emergency contact information, Teammate/Coach requests, Relevant Physical/Medical history, and the Jersey Size (see chart) of your child. You must upload of your child's birth certificate while registering online.

Step 2 -- Online Registration!:  Click here or Click "Register" at the top right of this page. Your child will not be registered until you have completed payment via Visa.
